I am currently 13dpo and have been having breast tenderness for about a week. For the last 4 days I have had AF like cramps come and go. Sometimes they get real strong other times not so much. I get headaches when I stand up immediatley that cause my ears to feel like a ton of pressure in them. As soon as I sit down the headache and ear pressure goes away. I am due for my period tomorrow. I am normally a 28 d cycle, but last mo I had a chemical pregnancy. Could all this be PMS or early signs of pregnancy? I get breast tenderness with my period and cramps too. But, when I get cramps like this, AF is there usually right away. Thanks for any insight. Trying to not get my hopes up yet.
