It is possible. Possible because skin can grow back, tubes can grow back - it's all scar tissue and if there is enough space for sperm to get through, they'll take it and that's enough to get you pregnant. Though it's more likely you could end up with an ectopic pregnancy which is very dangerous to you and your body so you do need to get this checked out ASAP with your doctor or at the ER immediately. I had a baby 20 months ago and had my tubes tied during the C Section. It was my 5th child and 5th C section. I nearly died with my 5th and knew more could kill me. I was a few days late and I'm like clockwork, so I took a test not expecting a positive test right away. It was so surreal. My moms a O.B. so I called her right away fearing an ectopic. We went into her office and did another test which went positive bright away and ultrasound confirmed pregnancy. Tubals fail. Not often but they do. Mom is shocked. She had another trusted O.B. do the procedure as she wanted to be grandma. I know God has other plans for me and I am putting my faith in him. If this happens to you sit down and Breathe. It's going to be o.k. Get to a M.D. Right away. Unless you inherit a lot of money there never will be enough. I didn't know how my husband and I could support 5. He struggles to find work, and now 6. But things work out. If you truly can't do it please consider adoption. I welcome this sweet baby with open arms. Give that baby a chance at life. There are so many desperate for a child that can't have them. Take care xoxo

Hi, I had a tubal march 2011. I haven't had a period since April 22 2013. I've been through all these tests and negative till last week. I had a mucus brown discharge and felt like I was getting the flu. So I tested at home and guess what...positive!!!! Obgyn is so confused as I seen him today. Took blood today and will find out how far along I am on Tuesday the get a US booked ASAP. He seems to think I will be ok. Trying to make me not stress over a tubal pregnancy. That's all I can think about. My body wanted me to have this baby and even though I decided not to have anymore, I want this baby. And I want it to be in the right spot!!!

I'm sitting on a couple days late. So I was looking around n blown away by all the stories. I often feel like God looks at our tubals as a challenge. Yes I got mine done in 2009 n since then have had that feeling that I was preggos. But it never happens. I often feel like I do get pregnant n then loose the baby. Or hurts my heart. I had 3 with issues n got tubes clampped so I wouldn't risk a worse situation. But this is worse. Wondering if I'm just killing all the potential babies. But I never even wanted 3. The first was from pulling out, second with a condom, third while using birth control properly I might add, and now to think the clock is ticking for me to end up with a fourth with a tubal titanium clamps! This is insanity! I don't understand ....

I am 31 and have had my tubes tied, burnt, and clipped since I was 21. I only wanted them tied. 5 yrs later I found out the hospital did it all. Id give anything to have another child. It was 4 I always wanted after all. Any suggests how to get thru the nearly impossible, naturally?

medically speaking love! however i had my tubes burnt 7 yearz ago. Since then I got pregnant in 2010 and had a beautiful girl & i am currently 4 months pregnant!
My doctor has said it is more possible than was thought. So have faith everybody do have faith is does fail more than people thought. (:

Is it me or does it seem like a majority of these messages/questions are coming from the same person, the uneducated spelling, slight re -wording of the same thing over and over. It seems like a majority are suffering from post tubal reversal syndrome. ...Totally understand that's nothing to take lightly at times I feel like I was treated like a cat getting spayed in a chop shop and rushed my decisions based on what my ex husband wanted 13 years ago, and as we grow more we are afraid of loosing that one think we were able to do and now this deep claustrophobic feeling of being trapped In making a bad decision.....can only be answered by prayer and reading someone elses stories, which never get a reply btw and I think most are bs ones always someone knows someone....who had, well then if you know someone who had this situation happen or if it happened to you what the hell are you doing here in a post about "is it possible, could I be pregnant after a TL" you have the answer if you knew or know someone has or if you already experienced it firsthand. ..stop giving false hope...and lying like a pathological fool..Some women want answers so out of all the pages of repetitive ones, some seem like they were made by a 12 year old and half appear to answer their own questions themselves while asking....here's mine tubal ligation 13 yrs ago. 18days late neg HCG nausea, sore breast, light headed,intensity in taste and smell ,dr.s appt 1wk Is this due to my tubal could it be a chemical preg or pre menopause. Unlikely that I am pregnant but the swollen abdkmen with NO ACHES Or pains gas me concerned if it is a cyst etc tubal preg would I be in agony right now.....similar to what everybody else is asking I see...but im not thinking, hoping or wanting another child im asking tubes -cyst cause delay with no pain the size I've grown? Would I have burst a fallopian tube by now if it were a positive pregnancy (sorta) I would be tech if I were but not thinking so much I am 6 wks 2 days...good luck ladies im assuming there will be 100 otherpages with questions like this left unwnswered

How did things go for you? I am 48, have missed two periods have all signs of pregnancy took two hpt and they came up neg. Tubes tied 10 years ago! Not sure if I am headed for menopause or what!

Hi I am with you. I had mine done at age 26. I am now 45 years old. And very sexual active. I have not missed a period once. Well for the last two months I have not had one. I had my son 7 months ago and had my tubes cut, burnt, and tied. I was 4 days late, very emotional, and crabby. I could tell something want right with my hormones. So I took a pregnancy test. It came back + so I took another one and it came back +. I went to my Dr. I'm having test to check my levels so I'm having to play the waiting game. Because they can't find our see mine either :/ God's way of making miracles happen I guess???
