tubes tied positive symptoms of pregnancy but negative HPT what could it be

I got my tubes tied 5 years ago I feel like I am pregnant and have missed 2 periods so far I blotched the first month for 3 days and stopped and the second one didn't bleed at all. I never had tender boobs during my pregnancies but I have had nausea and dizziness which I get every now and then for the past 2 months and that lasts a week at a time when I get it. I pee more often as well. I took a home test and it came out negative but I have a feeling either I'm pregnant or something else is going on cause my family does have cervical cancer and my auntie had her uterus and tubes removed for that reason. I called my doctor and told them what I feel but they said to wait 2 weeks and take another test but I am too impatient to wait so I turned to the internet to seek answers if there is any help or suggestions please let me know what it may be.
