Hi, I have problems like that too and I think that the best medicine is Ambien. It has done wonders for me. But the strongest is Thorazine , I think . That one is used as anti – depressant. But I think that some herbal medication might help too. But Ambiem is still my choice. I wish you a good day , or may I say good night.
