Hi there,
Epithelial cells are often observed in your urine and if I am not mistaking there are different epithelial cells that can be observed. Urinary tract is lined by transitional epithelial cells from pelvis to the ureters and bladder. There are also squamous epithelial cells that are somewhat larger than transitional epithelial cells. When you have these in your urine it can indicate that you might be suffering from urinary neoplasia. What I would suggest is that you talk to your doctor about more tests to find the underlying cause of these cells. You will need a treatment because this can be a serious condition. I hope this helped a bit.
All the best,
Danella
