Unable to climax when with someone else. Tips to fix?

Okay. I'm unable to have an orgasm outside of masturbation. My partner whom is very experienced and whom I'm extremely attracted to just can't make me orgasm. Regardless of how good whatever it is we are doing is feeling, I can't orgasm. I don't understand. I think it may be because I have a very particular way I masturbate, a combination of pressure applied to my testicles and prostate, and dry masturbation. My only guess is that since he's not replicating that exact combination I can't cum?

Any suggestions for how I can fix this?
