im 20 uncircumsized and basically the top of my foreskin has started swelling, its not painful or uncomfortable only noticed a few hours ago is this serious?

Only 2 hours? I wouldn't start worrying just yet. If it gets a lot worse real soon or stays like that for many days you might want to get it checked.
