My breast have been extremely swollen, about a cup size bigger (which i'm already a D) the tips are my nipples are white, I was diagnosed with amendrea (sp?) a few years ago, which means it's normal to go without my period for several months ( my record is having 3 a year) seriously cramping, that feel more like contractions just coming and going. Since having amendrea i understand it's hard for me to get pregnant, but not impossible.... But the person I'm with and have been with for 6 months got himself fixed 9 years ago.... So I know I can't be pregnant!!! they mainly hurt after i've been laying down doesn't matter if i'm on my stomach, side, back or whatever... when i get up they feel like they weight 20 lbs each and just hurt like hell, they are swollen and hard in the morning and at night.... and very very tender to the touch. I did start bleeding for the first time in 7 months 2 days ago, but the bleeding stopped yesterday... What the hell is going on with my Body? I'm 24 years old, I don't have kids, and I've had two miscarriages....

Hi ArmyBrat! I found that what actually makes the breasts tender and swollen is too much water in the breast tissue. This causes the pressure and stretching of the breast tissue which causes pain. This accumulation of water, also known as water retention, also causes the bloating you may feel when you have painful swollen breasts. The root cause of this water retention is usually your hormones. In your case maybe it's PMS. In PMS the swelling and water retention are mostly due to hormonal imbalance, estrogen dominance. Estrogen dominance is a situation in which the levels of estrogen and progesterone are out of balance, the progesterone in your body is not enough to balance the levels of estrogen. An imbalance in the fats in your cells may make your breast tissue more sensitive to circulating hormones in the body causing breast pain. Very large breasts may also cause pain because of their weight. You may also feel pain in the neck and shoulders as well. Here's the where you might find something more about it: https://www.steadyhealth.com/Sore__swollen_breasts_but_not_pregnant_t133076.htmlI hope this will help you and you'll get better soon.

Thanks April!, I'm still not entirely sure if thats the case with me, all I know is my old man told me that if they don't stop hurting by the end of the week... i'm getting hog tied and thrown in the back seat and taken to the hospital because "it's not normal for your tits to get so big" who woulda thought he'd complain eh? HAHA..... but as I said before, i started my period, it lasted about 2 days and than it stopped, but I'm still cramping a bit and breasts are still as sore as ever if not worse.... it's just sad when you have muffin top and bottom and your constantly trying to adjust yourself... even in public, i've tried wearing a sportsbra but that seems to make them hurt worse and by the time i take that off it feels like they're being pulled to the ground.. just extremely heavy.. and lately they have hurt so bad that it has actually woken me up in the middle of the night :-(

Oh, I'm so sorry... I really can't figure out what could it be. Maybe you shouldn't wait another moment. You should definitely listen to your "old man" and get some medical explanation and finally HELP! I have a friend with quite large breasts. We're all openly XD jealous of her, but she's constantly complaining about it, she's even thinking about breast reduction (I didn't eaven believe that exists). I can only imagine how it feels for both of you. I sincerely hope that your doctor will make your pain disappear soon.
