Unprotected sex on day of ovulation

So, I'm pretty sure I was ovulating on Sun. Nov. 9. I had unprotected sex that night, but he pulled out before he ejaculated. I've been researching this and am getting many conflicting results. 1) What are the chances of getting pregnant from preejaculate? I've read that the fluid itself doesn't contain sperm, but that it can contain sperm if it picks some up on the way out if the man recently ejaculated. Yet, other sites say the fluid itself does contains sperm. Does anyone know the truth? 2)With that in mind and the fact that I think it happened on the day I was ovulating, what do you think the chances are that I could be pregnant? How fast does it normally take sperm to reach the egg if it is the day of ovulation? I've read conflicting info on that too. Some say immediately or within minutes to hours while other places say 2-6 days. I have a 27-28 day cycle and am expecting my period on Nov. 22-23.
