For everyone experiencing this. Does it occur after eating? Does it feel as if a snake is moving around or a baby ? I say a snake due to how slow and consistent the moving is.

Did you ever find out what it was? I'm experiencing this exact thing. I know that my spleen is enlarged and I'm having pancreatitis so I wonder if it isn't related to that.

Mine is also on the left. I do not have answer but I am seeing a heart doctor to see if that is the problem. Heart issues are common in my family also. But I can also feel my heart flutter as well as under my left rib. I am fixed and still have taken pregnancy test because nothing else makes since.
