I have been bleeding will urinating. There is considerable pain in my lower back and stomach with comes and goes. I have an overwhelming urge to urinate almost constantly with a bloody mucus present when pain is at its worse. My abdomin has started to swell over the last two days so that wearing my normal clothes is uncomfortable. I know that I am not pregnant and I believe it to be a urinary tract infection but I am poor and scared it could be much worse. What could this be?
