On Sept. 3 my husband and I had sex. Being that it had been my birthday I had a few night caps before so I'm not 100 that we used a condom all the way through. Of course I can just ask my hubby but I don't want him to get his hopes up since he does want another child. Anywho, sex on the 3rd and on the 15th I started my period, only this period was abnormally short. My periods range between 5 and 7 days and are usually heavy. We had sex after that on Oct. 2nd and right after I went to the restroom and felt CM. When I checked this CM was tinged with a dot of bright red blood. I had been having EWCM for at least a couple of days before so I assumed it was ovulation since we had also used a condom that night. Odd thing is that I never bleed during ovulation and sex wasn't particularly rough. After that the morning after sex and on the 3rd I had really heavy bad cramps and lower back pains. I usually get cramps before my period but these were 12 days before my expected period, again unusual for me. Not only that but they were exceptionally horrible. I've also been very moody and have been having insomnia. I know its probably highly unlikely but I get the urge to test. I'm 9 days away from my period so either way it would be to early to test, or would it? Any input is highly appreciated. Thank You!
