Ok so im ttc, got my period jan 4, 2014 was temping to pinpoint when i ovulated, BDed on fertile days and i started bleeding 5 dpo!! Kinda heavy bleeding for 2 day then light spotting for 3 days that lasted until 10 dpo. Thought that was weird, then waited for my period to come feb 2nd. Never showed !! I've been cramping constantly at my pelvic bone, sore breasts, increased CM (sometimes mixed w/ EWCM) vivid dreams, still no period but i took preg test got a faint positive but now all negatives !!! So now Im 8 days late no period in site or BFP !! WTHH IS GOING ON?!?!?!

I had an ovarian cyst when I had these exact symptoms. Sometimes, there would be so much cm that I had to change underwear halfway through the day. I was dizzy and cramping, too. Basically, the follicle grows and grows, still producing estrogen (which causes the cm) until it finally ruptures. Most clear up with no trouble, but it's never a bad thing to call your doc.
