Pre-mensturation symptoms, spotting after 5 days of late period.

I've been searching online for answers but I haven't stumbled with one. It would really mean a lot for me if anyone helps me.. I didn't really track my period before but for the last two months, I have been regular and go for about 32-day cycles. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex right after my period but he didn't finish inside of me. then my ovulation day came a little later and different than expected (i think it went out about 3 weeks after my period). I had a clear and stretchy discharge that ensembles the ewcm, but i had more ewcm discharge compared to the previous cycles. We had unprotected sex again but it was during my "dry days" when my discharge creamy and less. I read that you are least fertile around those days when you're on the "dry days" when you only have little of those creamy discharges. I usually experience break-outs, little cramps and sore breasts two weeks before my period, and it did happen. I continued to have my pre-menstruation symptoms (break outs, some cramps & sore breasts) but my due date came and I was already late for five days. I had two negatives in the urine preg test. on the 6th day of my missed period, I started having a very very light flow, a little more than spotting with moderate cramps.

Can this be implantation bleeding? from what i know, implantation bleeding occurs after ovulation and before your expected period. this is the first time it happened to me so i really don't know what's going on. Please help me! I need clarification with what's going on. Thank you so much!!
