Hello, I am 24 years old, sexually active female. I am very sacred and I am embarrassed to see a doc. My vagina has started itching recently and I've noticed a funny smell, but also after sex there is some bleeding. What could this be, it is sometimes pure red blood other times brownish. I also have PCOS, but I never had such symptoms. Please help me!

Well, I had vaginal infection, the bacterial vaginosis, and I had same symptoms of itching and smell except bleeding. It is little tricky to say exactly what this could be. Since you have polycystic ovaries, I guess cause of bleeding could be there. However, I am not a doctor, so let your doctor examines you and if necessary begins some treatment to stop this problem.
