Vagina torn & red bumps on vagina

So i recently went from having no sex for a few months then i started having sex recently witht he same uy. he tore my vagina and for a whie it hurt. i wen to the doc to see what the problem was and i was told i had a torn vagina and a small yeast infection. I start on medication and the it made me sick, i also noticed red bump developing in that area. :-( I went to the doctor again and she tested me fore every STD possible and everything came back negative, but the bumps are still there and they are pimple like. I also noticed a few on my left butt cheeck. the doc sd that the bumps form to protect the torn part from getting infected. I also have a creamy like discharge. she said to stay clean and when the bumps go down and the torn part heals completely i should use summers eve and then i can start having sex again. but im still worried. ANY suggestions?
