Red swollen blister like bumps on the top of my vagina?

I have these bumps on my vagina, just above it that started out with just an annoying pain like when you have had your hair up in a pony tail too long and take it down. That pain. And it started after having a ruff dry humping session the night before. So, I didnt think anything of it. Now that area has turned into a cluster of blisters and are swollen. I have messed with it and it has become very irritated and really swollen. I am also having a yellow creamy like discharge. Dont know what to do and i dont have a primary care doctor or insurance but want/need to know whats going on....so, what is this and what should i do
