Well my boyfriend and I live a long distance from one another. I have been on the depo shot for about 2.5 years now and I am now off of it. It has been making me feel like sh*t. Tender nipples, cramps, ect. But I just had sex 7 times in about 5 days, and I am now bleeding. I started bleeding 4 days ago and I am still bleeding but only when I wipe for the most part. It is a bright red blood. There are no clots. I am really beginning to freak out. I see some things that talk about tearing the lining and what not. My boyfriend and I have only been with each other, and I have had small amounts of blood before but nothing like this. If you have any insight I would really appreciate it!!

Any time you have rough sex it can tear and injure the delicate tissues of the vaginal lining. Especially if your not becoming lubricated "wet" enough yourself when sex begins. Being dry can make this even worse.
Frequent sex can cause issues as well. Becoming raw, and irritated.
The fact that your still bleeding is of concern however. Not to be humorous but sometimes if your near your period having sex can "jump start" a period. Are you due anyway?
If not and the bleeding is Bright red this is called "new blood" Older blood is a darker red to a brown. If the bleeding continues see a doctor to make sure nothing is going on more serious.
