vaginal infection question

I would like to ask about certain vaginal infection.It's for our assignment and I can't seem to understand well in certain researches me and my group made. Well we find it hard to identify the problem of our patient. She has this some kind of small lump beside her clitoris and it has some kind of black or brown with yellow kind of white stone. It has a foul odor like those of feces. For a weeks now she is experiencing pain in her clitoris when she sits and she experience itchiness from time to time yet the itchiness doesn't bother her at night. Sometimes she feels the burning before,during and after urinating. Where confused. We didn't conduct any experiment because we are not allowed. We are only allowed to look at her vagina and see if she has any infection and that's what we found. I hope you could help us with this. Thanks a lot. She can't visit a doctor because she hadn't told her parents and her father is a gynecologist, so ironic I suppose. But I really hope you could help us with this..
