I’ve noticed varacouis veins in my right testical. It causes no irritation, but looks bad to me. I haven’t discussed this with my girlfriend, because she has never mentioned that. Is that permanent change or irreversible? Should I do something, use some medications or what? Please post.

It probably doesn’t require treatment if it’s not painful. I have also had it on my left testicles and three urologists told me that surgery wasn’t required. But I suffer pain in testicles and legs. I use common pain killers to relieve it. Maybe you should do sperm analysis, to check your sperm account.
