What did the doctor say?
Check Ebay for book "A Headache in the Pelvis" written by a doctor. Has exercises for relaxing the pelvis.
Just like clamping off your arm when they draw blood. Stops blood flow back to the heart. Sitting at a computer will clamp off blood flow and cause testicles to become swollen.

You folks should also consider that you have a Varicocele - swollen vein in scrotum:

I have had the same problems for more than a year, vas deference pain that goes as far as testicles, it seems like epididymitis, but it is not. Have done every possible test, including several ultrasounds, bacteria test, stamey test, etc etc. The only thing doctor was able to find was something from the spine, posture related. My pain is usually worst at nights. I have started to believe that it has to do with posture/muscles.
No varicoceles, hidroceles, no hernia. Sorry for not having an answer, which to get one

I have the same problem since 3 months. The vas deference become hard, and i have pain in the abdomen on the right side. I have no pain on the left. My GP thought that this is epididymitis and i took many antibiotics; Doxy, Cipro and Azithromycin during all this period. Also i took large quantity of Celebrex and Iburofeen. All these didnt help. I did ultrasound a couple of times and it didnt show anything.
So i was wondering are we gonna stay in pain forever???
Somebody has to help us. what about the people who had did before? anybody has been recovered?

Hey Guys
Obviously we all are experiencing the same symptoms and the diagnosis has been the same: inconclusive.I had a sonogram and a CAT scan but nothing diagnosed
Just wondering if any of you have also experienced "erectile dysfunction". I can achieve an erection and ejaculate............but there have been periods where my penis is just not responding. I thought since there have been so many similarities that maybe this is also one that most guys don't even want to hear about.
Thanks for responding

has nobody found any solutions/diagnoses? i have had this problem for the last 2 weeks, and it seems to get worse/better day-to-day, but sometimes it is intolerable. almost enough to interrupt daily activities. i am really worried that this will lead to something worse if untreated, and i'm at my end on what to do about this. has anybody gotten it to go away effectively!? pls help.

Just i wanna know what happend to the people who have described the same symptomes. People who had this problem since months and years, are they still alive? If yes, did they get rid of it? if yes, what was the treatment that they got?
I hope we can find a solution.

for me, the pain is in my vas deferens/groin area, on both sides, and in my testicles. it often seems to radiate up into my lower abdomen, and it recently made my lower back ache pretty bad. and it seems to be getting worse.
the pain is greatest in my vas deferens "tubing" though. feels as if my testicles ache discreetly nonstop all day (as if i had been hit in the testicles a few days ago), then if i get up to move around, pains will shoot through my vas deferens and inner upper thigh area, and while i'm walking, i get the same pain. it's horrible.
and i've been uncharicteristically tired and weak feeling recently. like i have almost no energy.
please, please help.

Well, life got busy and I haven't been to the doctor yet. And sometimes it is worse/better than other on different days. Can't seem why it is better or worse sometimes. Then we switched health insurance, got a doctor from the list of insurance approved... called to make an appointment, and that doctor no longer works there. Now I have to choose another doctor, wait till its approved, then make an appointment and go see him. So hopefully in a month I will have an answer. Good luck with yours and PLEASE post if you guys go to the doctor. This is something we all need each other for. I have "subscribed" to this thread so it pops back up if someone posts in it. I suggest ya'll do the same.

Your pain sounds like epiditimitus. I've had it off and on now for months. I had it in my 30's for a few years off and on. Then it went away until now 30 years later. It's treatable with antibiotics but can be chronic. A urologist is your best bet.
