I too have have experienced exactly the same symptons. Having recently undergone tests for infections etc... I was finally given a ultra sound from which the urologist diagnosed a small hernia. Apparently because there's alot of nerves in the groin the pain can appear to come from the testicles, scrotum or vas deferens. As well as the pain (for me a dull pain) moving aroubd it also comes and goes.
I hope this helps.

I have the same problem, I just noticed it yesterday. all the feelings are the same. I have to ask you all have you been checked for lymes disease? not just the blood test. there are 2 more kinds of tests for it. If they say the same thing to me as all of you, I am going to request one. I spend a lot of time in the woods.

Exactly the same thing happening to me.
Ultrasound found nothing, they just wanged me on antibiotics that didn't work.
Done a little research, and i think it *could* be an Epididymal Cyst. still worrying though, it's not normal to have this.

I'm glad in a way I found this thread, as I myself am suffering the same thing the last few months.
I had what I believed to be a pain in my right testicle. But after a check I noted that it was not my testicle. A cord / tube / vessel, from my testicle leading back to my body felt hard / tight compared to the left testicle. My right testicle seems more elevated than usual too.
The associated pain is more so uncomfortable, and not unbearable. It comes and goes periodically. I feel discomfort up into my pelvic area, and slightly along the inside of my right leg. I do intend to have it check by a professional soon.

I have been having the same pain also. Only on my left side. It has been effecting my urination and everything. I constantly feel like I have to pee even after i just went. In Feb it will be a year that I have been living with this. I have been the uroligist a number of times and still have no diagnosis. I was put on antibiotics as well a flomax. Ity worked for a little bit but has never completely gone away. Is anyone having the same heavy feeling and full feeling with the sensation of constantly having to pee?

I am having this problem as well. It is so pain around my left testicle and abdomine. I saw the doctor 3 days ago and he told me that I am facing sort of testicle inflamation. He gave me some antibiotics and promised me that this pain will be gone in 7 days.
I got some useful antibiltics for this case to share as follow:
-Ceftriaxone (Rocephin) - As a single dose either in a shot or through an IV line
-Doxycycline (Vibramycin) - Pills twice a day for 10 days in addition to the shot of Ceftriaxone
-Ofloxacin (Floxin) - Pills twice a day for 10 days (an alternative treatment)
Hope this reply can be handy for you guys

Boy, am I glad I found this post! I have the same symptoms that most are describing...dull pain/burning sensation in left testicle, dull pain/burning in lower left abdomen, and discomfort during ejaculation. My left testicle also appears to be hanging lower than normal. This has been going on for about 4 months. I have been to the doctor several times and have had an ultrasound done (to rule out cancer). My most recent visit revealed a urinary tract infection. However, after 10 days of antibiotic use my symptoms remain as before. The antibiotic I was prescribed should have treated epididymitis and/or orchitis if I had those types of infections as well. I thought it might be a hernia, but the ultrasound did not reveal any evidence of that. Regardless, my doctor has not been able to diagnose me either. I am at the point where I am going to see a urologist about my symptoms. Although I am not in severe pain, the presence of pain (especially down there!) indicates that something is wrong and it has affected my sex life as well.
As I learn more I will report it on this forum.

I'm 27 and reasonably active. I jog and work out. I sleep in boxers, sometimes naked. Going to wear briefs today because I don't want to jostle them too much. I've had these symptoms for a few weeks. It gets worse when I'm tired, seems to go away completely when I'm well rested.
Only affects me on the left side (from my POV). Sometimes I can feel pain going into my leg. The left testicle is the one which "hangs" from the kidney. I'm going to try popping an anti-inflammatory (like Ibuprofen) and seeing if it goes away. That should help narrow it down a bit.
The fact that none of us have been diagnosed with testicular cancer is a relief.

I have had the above mentioned experiences... Swollen Vas Deferens on one side (especially with an erection - seems as though contracting the PC muscle ( the one that sucks your balls upwards) aggravates it.
A GP who tests for hernias and insists nothing is wrong..
An ultrasound that comes up negative..
I'm sure others with this problem have had cases of a swollen package that lasts for nearly an hour?
Clearly there is something wrong, thing is MOST of the time it seems fine.. meaning that the vas def is NOT swollen.. only on certain occasions ( not always during sex) so a GP would only recognize it if you happened to have a case in his office... (in fact my GP told me to come back WHILE it was swollen - right buddy, I'd rather go back to the emerg.)
Considering there are about 10 PEOPLE here with this undiagnosed problem I would see it valuable for a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to check out this thread!! btw I am 20 years old and this problem has only been around for the last 3-4 years..

holy c**p, i've been having this problem for years, same thing, went to the doctor, wen tot hte hernia guy, the left vas deferens is waay bigger, hurts like hell (especially after standing/walking for a while)
to be honest the only thing i've found that helps is swithing to briefs, i figured they'd take some of the weight and therefore strain off'er, and it's helped!

Ive read all these posts and I cant believe there isnt anybody who received info or that a specialist hasnt spoken up at least a little bit.
Ive never visited a sight like this and this is my first post on anything like this.
I too have had the same problems for the last 2 weeks. The very slight pain was just there, one morning I woke up. That morning I woke was the day after I had a very hard physical day at work. I move a lot of heavy stuff repeatedly in my job.
Anyways the pain didnt come while working but the next morning.
This pain is exactly like what the rest of you describe. Slight pain which feels like its my right testicle but have found that it actually seems like its my right vas deferens and the slight pain goes up to my lower abdominal.
The comes and goes, there have been a few days that it really wasnt there, ive tried to substain or at least go easy with sex with the wife and masterbation including taking it as easy as possible at work.
The pain hasnt gotten any worse. I dodnt notice any pain in my legs nor does anything seem different in my groin area, no lumps, no enlarged testes, no problem peeing,, nothing different.
I have decided at least for now that I will give it some more time before seeking help. I honostly think ive gone through this before in the past
because of too much sex or lifting too hard. I cant remember. But the slight pain I speak of doesnt seem totally new. I may have had it for a very short period maybe 10 years ago or so. I dont remember.
