What can you tell me about the difference between vegan and vegatarian diets? To me, it all sounds the same and not very attractive since I like to eat meat and cannot imagine my meals without it. I have no serious health problems, so I do not even think about this vegan vs vegatarian war.

Vegetarian diets do not include any meat (and that means no chicken or fish). Vegan diets do not include any animal products at all--no meat, eggs or dairy products. As you might know, people turn to these types of diet from different reasons. One is health concern, the other is concern for the animals as well as environment.
