im 17 and a virgin

i have 4 vein-like bumps under my foreskin, about half way in the shaft

they appeared randomly and i have had them for about a week now

they are painless and most visible with a partial erection, and nearly unnoticable with a full erection

today i also noticed that with a partial erection the bottom of my shaft is thicker than the rest

what should i do??
