ma friend is having PCOD and she went to a gyne but she recommended her to visit an endocronologist
When ma friend visited him
She told him the whole history and he started his investigation
He checked her breast and it was reali uncomfortable for her but she couldn't say anything that time
Later she feels like is that important for a doctor to say take out your bra and let me check your boobs
Now can anyone here explain why the hell he do that ?was it important ?

There are some endocrinologists that will perform a breast exam but usually it is on an older patient or based upon some findings. The link between PCOS and breast cancer isn't clear. There are also certain signs of illness that are common with PCOS, acanthosis nigricans, that can appear under the breasts.
How old is your friend?
Certainly NO doctor would say "let me check your boobs." It had better have been asked more professionally than that. For your friend, remind her that SHE is the patient. If AT ANY TIME she is uncomfortable with a procedure then she should stop the doctor and ask for someone else to come in the room, a nurse for example.
