Voice hasnt changed and im already 16

hi i am 16 years of age and my voice is high pitched and not very clear. it is really hard for me to work at school or speak out to the class as sometimes i find it difficuilt to speak as no sound comes out. is there anything i can do to deepen my voice and make it more clearer ?
