S o this is a bit embarrassing, but I've been checking myself in the mirror, and my vaginal entrance looks completely blocked by a bundle of pink skin that's quite bumpy. I know what I hymen is but it doesn't look like a hymen as its lick a thick bump of skin that's bumpy. I can't see an opening but i know there is one as I have no problem using tampons and can even insert 3 fingers without any pain, although I tried having sex with my boyfriend last week and he could get his penis in my vagina, just wondering what this is?

I've don some more research and I think the bump inside, at the very entrance of my upper vagina is normal, however I think I may have a fimbriated hymen, like I said there is an opening which I have no problems with as I can fit a tampon and 3 fingers in, however I can't actually see the opening?
