Help!'!! I don't know what to do . So basically I've had my period for a year now and I've never used a tampon- I've tried several times but it hurts way to much and I can't find anywhere to put it( if that makes sense) I literally like don't think I even have a hole coz tampons can't even fit in!! Does this mean that my hymen is covering my vagina? Do I need to see a doctor? Thnaks

If you have had a period, then there must be a hole in your hymen for the blood to flow through. However, you could check the size of the hole using a hand mirror (or taking a photo).

You haven't stated your age or where you are from, and it is not uncommon for girls to be unable to insert even the smallest sized tampon. Do you have ready access to a healthcare professional or sexual health clinic?
