Hi Shigirl,
No it does not mean she was not a virgin.
Not all women bleed their first or any time. Some women bleed their first and later times.
Bleeding alone is not a test of virginity.

Dear Shigirl
Not bleeding is not necessarily because she was not a virgin. The bleeding is usually associated with the rupture of the hymen. The rupture of the hymen often occurs when sexual intercourse first takes place. But this is not always the case.
The hymen can be thick or thin (or anything between). It can be tough or fragile. It's elasticity also varies from person to person.
So why no bleeding on first sexual intercourse?
- A thin and fragile may rupture with no noticeable bleeding.
- Some girls are born without a hymen.
- Sometimes the hymen has ruptured in childhood through vigorous activity like sports, gym or horseriding
- Some masturbation techniques can rupture the hymen a long time before sexual intercourse.
- An elastic hymen may not rupture, particularly if the hole in it was large in the first place
On the other hand, bleeding does not necessarily prove virginity.
- A small-diametered penis may have stretched an elastic hymen without rupturing it.
- A later larger-diametered penis might subsequently rupture the hymen.
These are not exhaustive lists, but I hope serve the purpose.
I trust this helps.

So if the hymen is rupture in childhood does that means the person will not see any blood?

Dear Shigirl
If the hymen is ruptures in childhood, it will depend on the circumstances whether blood will be seen, or identified as such, at the time of rupture. An injury in sports or accident might produce some bleeding, but it might not be noticed with other bleeding. If the child is older, she may have started menstruating, and put any blood down to part of that process.
The concern is usually what happens when it comes to first sexual intercourse. There may be bleeding even with a ruptured hymen on first sex if the penis has a relatively large diameter.
There is such a large range of possible circumstances as well as body shapes an sizes, all perfectly normal, that it impossible to be definitive.
So if the hymen is ruptured in childhood does that means the person will not see any blood? Maybe or maybe not.
