At this point there is little that you can do.  Your only option is to get Plan B or some other emergency contraceptive.

There is a risk of protection with any sexual contact.  If you choose to keep having sex make your your partner uses a condom.  He can complain all he wants but it's a lot cheaper than having to raise a child for 18 years.
