Hello there, I am a guy who is 32 years old. I heard that my life style may damage and make my blood vessels weak. Is this true? If it is, then how can I prevent this? Sorry to bother you with this but I think that it is important. I only know that middle aged people is the most endangered group.

Hello, all you said is the truth. If you live healthy life, you should be fine. Smokers, alcohol abusers belong to a high risk group. Stress and high blood pressure are bad as well. It is important that you eat healthy food because cholesterol is a certain danger for your blood vessels.
