you don't HAVE to ejaculate while having wet dreams. Nocturnal emission is just something that sometimes happen. Having a sexual dream does not mean you'll have NE. Other than you not getting an erection you seem fine to me. Now can you get an erection without watching porn? Is you r lack of erection something that started with the tennis ball or has this been happening for a while.
