How can you be sure that he has gonorrhea? I really think that he should stop being embarrassed and go to the doctor. It might be gonorrhea, but it also might be something else, maybe milder, maybe even more dangerous. As for the antibiotic, penicillin should help, but you have to know that it might have no effect, if he does not have gonorrhea.
