I have been thinking about making a combo that would make all those stuff I have used before really insignificant. Still, I know that I have to be cautious, because I might run into a mixture that would not be so good for my health. So, what drug combos should be avoided? I really dont want to end up in a hospital because of some bad mixture?

I have bee using a combination of Valium and Codeine and it worked good so far. Still, I never used any hard combination, speedball for example. I have heard that it can be a really dangerous thing, especially if ingredients (coke and heroin) are cut with something your body cannot handle. People died from that, so there is one combo I should avoid. My advice would be to always buy from someone reliable, ingredients must be ok. I guess that is the first precaution you should follow.
