The body loses water in perspiration, urine, feces and by what other method?

Loading...

Hi there,

I think that you covered the most and the main passages where we lose all water that we take in. Other insignificant ways of loosing water from our body are through breathing, tear duct and nose (mucus contains some water). But there are really not that significant comparing to the perspiration, urination and the loss through our bowel movements.

The kidneys are the organs that are processing almost all the water that we take. They extract the water and make the urine (all the unhealthy and unneeded materials that come with the water). And when we are urinating we are just getting rid of all unnecessary fluid from our body.

I think there is no other way that water can get out of our body.
