What are these spots on my penis?

Alright well i start at the start of when i first noticed them, also keep in mind that i am 21 years old so they have been here for 4 years now. I was 17 at the time and it was sometime in Jan or feb of 2009. At this time i haven't even had sex yet or started to drink alcohol (which was 2 months after i toiced these spots). The first two were the biggest, one of them is on the right side of the foreskin tip and seems deflated and seems to be allot big under the foreskin( I am not circumcised) and the other on the left near the center of the foreskin tip. This on seems to look like a bump that seems to be around but part of the bump has a line going to the middle. These guys do do look grey or complete flesh color and certainly don't look like cauliflower.  Then on the other side between the penis vein everyone has(forget the name) are clusters of white spots that i noticed after the big two. But Then i have whats seems to be white dots in a line and a couple off to the sides of the mine line of them they are on a vein on the side of the head foreskin. I know i have F spots all over my scrotum and base of penis accompanied by hair. I have been to the doctor twice and said they are normal and that they are sweat glands? Also note that all these spots don't come and go and are always present. So basically im just trying to find out if they are all normal for sure and so i can tell any future girlfriends what they are so they don't freak out on me and think i have an STD of some sort.
