Nothing nutritional about it I suspect, but definitely my fav spice. For dinner it's a must to be armed with my pepper grinder. Veggies, salad, or sandwiches just aren't complete without the zing. A few weeks back I found a garlic/pepper blend (of all places at the hardware store) and it rocks

Too much: achoo. My daughter even puts it on hardboiled eggs! I love pepperoncinis, banana peppers, and cherry peppers to spice up our food. My husband can even eat habanero peppers...and once had an acid burn on his lip from eating them! 8O

I just made a fresh ground pepper and chick pea loaf last night. It's pretty good.

I'd have to agree with you on the pepper thing too. Got to have it on just about everything.

I prefer Lawry's Seasoned Salt, its my secret ingredient on most of my recipes.

I do prefer fresh ground pepper over the old fashioned black pepper

Yep, fresh ground pepper rocks my world! Williams Sonoma has some great peppercorn blends for the grinder. I really like the pink peppercorns, they seem to have a different flavor than the black. And white is awesome for cream sauces where you don't want the flecks but you still need the taste.

Shelee, your hubby is a brave man!! I draw the line slightly before habaneros and I like hot stuff! 8O

He's spicy hot south of the boarder! No, actually, he's Spanish (and their food is bland) but he likes to take credit as Mexican. Weird.

I love all kinds of peppers and hot sauces. I put them on almost everything I eat. And I wonder why I'm on prescription antacids for the rest of my life!
