over a month ago, when i took benadryl,Dextro, aceto, and phenyl, i got really sedated, and i noticed i loss my smell and taste. the next day, my senses hasnt returned and i went to er, 5 hrs later they couldnt find anything, at the same time, i notice a increase/decrease sensitivity to cold temperature, and increased sensitivy to shivering , and chills for no reason(even when its not even that cold), over the week(s) i developed my loss of sensations: loss of sensations include, when breathing through my nose cannot feel the air going in, my sense of smell is also diminished up to 50%-60%. Loss of sensation of inability to feel tears forming, no sense of hunger(full or empty stomach), loss feeling empty or full bladder, loss of sensation of bowel movemnt, Anxiety feeling out of nowhere, vision issue increased in floathers, sparks in my peripheral vision, sometimes words on a brightscreen(afterimage) jumps out even when im sitting still and my eyes wide open, the words are shaking, 90% loss, still get some feeling. There is no numbness, or loss of touch. The pins and needles are present as well. My symptoms waxes and wanes, and the pins and needles seem to be cyclical as well, it happens every week, then goes away for a week then reappears, mostly on my left side. fast foward to tuesday, i went to pcp, and i brought up lyme disease and vitamin deficiency, but she was more quick to point my symptoms to psychosomatic or a genetic relationship.  some brain fog as well.

MY theories are : B12 deficiency, MS, LYME disease, because most of my symptoms fit the lyme disease list., hypothyroidism. What are your thoughts?
