what can I eat if I have a irritable bowel syndrome? What is good to get better? I have cramps and pains after eating yogurt, milk, porridge,fat and fried food (I had a bad nausea after this) , also if a eat a little bit more than normal I have much tummy pains, nausea and I feeling sick , I feel all the food coming back and it stops in my neck. Some advice?
