Yeast infections are caused by small, microscopic fungi that normally inhabit moist areas on our body, but can also be found on other places, like Roquefort cheese. Yeast infection in vaginal area is caused by fungi named Candida Albicans that's completely natural part of our body until it for some reason starts to multiply without limits and that is when it needs to be treated.
