You could be experiencing something like a migraine.  Do you have any sensitivity to light where you want to be in a dark room with no lights on?  Does anything bring these headaches on?  Stress can be a big factor when it comes to bringing on headaches of different kinds.  It sounds like this could be the case with you.  Just try to relax and and take some pain reliever.  You may want to cut back on caffeine if you are taking in a lot of coffee or pop. Make sure you get enough sleep as well.  Hopefully, this will help you to destress and get rid of the headaches.

Thank you for the reply. My consultant that I saw today couldn't see anything wrong with me and said that it was a severe virus. Being sent for an MRI but he'd be amazed if that showed anything. But not light sensitive no, a few have said its a stress related illness, so may take some time to iron out physically but fingers crossed I'll get there.
