what could be happening?

i am 26 and sexually active, but for the past 4 years i av been having irregular bleeding and i have used different drugs but now the bleeding as stopped but the problem now is that my vaginal is blocked not even a small finger can go in to it. i am going to get married very soon and even my fiance can not get in , i don't know what to do, how do we make love and have kids. anybody with any idea please.
