I like to ride but I just can’t seem to find enough time. Saying that I have a busy schedule would be an understatement. I was thinking of the best time to squeeze in some short workout and came up with the idea of riding on the beach in the morning. What do you think about it?

I admire your spirits. It is nice to see that there are people who will do whatever it takes to be physically active. Riding on the beach in the morning seems like a very good idea. You can work out after good night’s sleep. It means training when you are full of energy. It will even make your work more productive afterwards since you will be fully alert and ready when you arrive at your workplace. Also, riding on the beach means filling your lungs with healthy and fresh air full of various minerals. Way to go.
