I would like to become competitive cyclist. I have been riding my bike just for the fun of it. I usually spend some 15 hours a week on my bike. I don’t know how to train like a pro. How many miles should I ride? What type of training is the best for me? There are so many things I need to learn. Training and racing advice is needed here. Please help.

Well there is a big difference between training for the competing in race and just casual ride. I would advise you to talk to some experienced riders who can give you some tips. But if you are serious then you should find some good coach who will analyze your strong and weak points and help you to work on them.
