I’m in a close knit group of friends & I ended up fingering & kissing one of the girls however she won’t talk to me anymore, I’m not sure if she still has feelings for her EX (My friend), Did Last night mean anything or shall I just wait for her to approach me?

You guys both obviously need to talk to each other! See where you stand, see if she still has feelings for this guy, see if you can still be friends, see what your next move is! The fact is you can approach the subject with her or you can wait until she does with you. But at some point you guys need to talk this out. I imagine things would be kind of awkward now, but the sooner the better I would try to figure this out.
