Was is the cause of an extended stomach and an unexplained weight gain of over 20 lbs in the last couple of years. Also suffering from constipation, when nothing seems to work to make me regular. I am 68 and suffered from nothing until I reached my sixties. I also have fatty lumps in my stomach which I am told are just fatty lumps and nothing to worry about, but they hurt when pressed. And somtimes feel quite tired. I hope you can tell me what may be wrong.
