I am 6 days late for my period, had mild cramps for a few days which are now gone, been feelin a little ill,peeing loads, i took a hpt 3 days ago which was negative. i am waiting on doctors results which havent arrived yet for whatever reason :S should probably point out that me and the other half have been playing a lot of hide the sausage lol. im not on any form of contraception. dont know anything about ovulation times blah blah
My question is- do i take another test? and if it is negative i am fine with that. but what do i do next? get tested for cysts etc?
only reason im posting on here is cos it takes ages to get an appointment with my gp and im due a smear test in 2days and unsure whether to go ahead with it. any advice would be great :) ty

also just pointing out the negative hpt was taken at night after lots of peeing and drinking coffee/juice/water all day which is the only reason im doubting it.
