i dont know whats wrong with me lately. every time my partner and i are having sex we have to stop in the middle because i start feeling this unbearable sharp pain in my stomach. so i tell him to pull out and it gets even worse. it started hurting so bad to the point that my mid back starting hurting to my lower back but usually it goes away ina few minutes but this ones sticking with me from yesterday morning and i cant stand the pain :$ ...and i know im not pregnant im on my period right now. :$ :$ :$ >:( >:( >:(

I am almost 40 yrs old, been with my fiancé for 7 years, and am having same problem! We aren't doing anything we don't usually do, but I can't orgasm anymore, and it hurts same way!! I have an iud, the mirena, it was suppose to be changed out in march, but I lost my insurance due to a lay off and I haven't had it removed...could this be an issue or could I be pregnant and having the iud there still cause the issue? I haven't told him cuz I'm embarrassed, idk what to do!
