I have a little problem that I am quite embarrassed about and I hope one of you can help me get some answers. There is a little white bump on my nipple. It looks awful and just like acne or something. If it were on any other part of my body I would definitely try and squeeze it out but I am sure you understand why this is not an option in this case.

Quite so! The only advice I have for you is to leave the spot alone. It sounds like an ordinary spot, so to speak, and while you don't mention how long you have had it, I am convinced that it will disappear in less than a week if you just keep the area clean and don't touch it! Squeezing, besides being painful, could result in a further infection!
