Hey I am 15 and have never been sexually active but I have small white bumps under the head of my penis where the foreskin starts and I was wondering if I should be worried, but I have had them for as long as I can remember, because I just recently ( and regrettably) contracted Crab from a public bathroom and went through 4 weeks of hell. Help
